Rubber tube refers to the pipe used for gas transportation, which is often used in gas welding, gas cutting, various gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding and cutting. There are two kinds of rubber tubes for welding. According to the national standard blue tube, the oxygen tube is used, and the pressure is 1.5MPa; the red tube or black tube is acetylene tube, and the allowable pressure is 0.5 ~ I.OMPa.
The characteristics of the rubber tube are physiological inertness, ultraviolet resistance, ozone resistance, high and low temperature resistance (-80 to 300 degrees), high transparency, strong resilience, compression resistance, oil resistance, stamping resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, flame retardant, voltage resistance, electrical conductivity and other properties.
1. Do not twist the high-pressure hose during installation, otherwise the hydraulic hose will be damaged or the joint will be loose.
2. Install high-pressure rubber hose between objects, leaving a certain space to avoid friction between the high-pressure rubber hose and the object during operation. If not, try to get some protection.
3. Hose and hose assembly should not be used under the pressure (including impact pressure) exceeding the design working pressure.
