Engineering Capability

★Research and analyze customer input information, such as 2D drawings, 3D models, silicone hose parts ideas, silicone hose samples, sometimes just pictures and single text descriptions and other requirements.
★If the customer information does not include 2D drawings and 3D models, the engineering department of Qinghe Xingzhao Auto Parts Co., Ltd. will develop the customer information into 2D drawings and 3D models.
★Qinghe Xingzhao Auto Parts Co., Ltd. also recognizes and identifies silicone hose test requirements
★2D drawings and 3D models and test requirements, we also call them silicone hose specifications. Of course, the specification also includes other requirements of the customer, such as color and logo marking.
★Please confirm with the customer the above 2D drawings and 3D models, test requirements and color and logo markings.
★After the customer approves the specifications, Qinghe Xingzhao Auto Parts Co., Ltd. engineering will develop them, including mold design, BOM (bill of materials), process work structure
★Create FAI (First Piece Inspection) samples for customer approval
★Pass production information to silicone hose manufacturing team
